Numbers & Booking Procedure for your Wedding
Our Copper Room Restaurant can accommodate up to seventy guests or Our Ballroom can accommodate 200 for a wedding reception.

 Having discussed the details of your wedding reception with us, and provided we have the requested date available, a provisional booking can be made.
 A provisional booking can be held for two weeks.
 Within fourteen days of placing a provisional booking a deposit of € 500.00 is required to secure your booking. Once received, we will then confirm in writing the details of your booking and shall enclose a receipt for the deposit paid.


 It is advisable to visit us one month in advance of your wedding day to discuss your final requirements and to pay us a further down-payment on your wedding reception.
Bedrooms for Wedding Guests
We will endeavour to provide you with as many rooms as possible, at a very good rate but due to previous commitments we may not be able to provide as many as you wish.
Hotel Policy
 Final details and table plans must be provided one week prior to your wedding reception.

 This is the number of guests that will be charged for except where the numbers are increased from those final numbers confirmed.

 It is therefore imperative that final numbers be as accurate as possible.

 At this stage we will also discuss your final payment.
